This gentle practice is a guided visualization with energetic attunement. 
 
Suggested Directions: 
Carve out about 45-60 minutes of time: 33 for the guided meditation and 10-25 for journaling. 
Sit in a quiet, uninterrupted space to listen, visualize, and journey. Trust your visions and sensations as they accompany your journey. 
After doing the entire meditation, engage with the journaling prompts. I do *not suggest stopping the meditation to journal during the process, rather, do them in two complete steps. 


 
Suggested Journal Prompts: 
What did you see in your current/old grid? What feelings or sensations did you have in the experience of your old grid? 
What was your relationship to the resources, the soils, and nature in the old grid? 
What needs to be cleaned up before you can have more? What is the next step that you sensed from this experience? (This could be an energetic shift, emotional shift, an action, etc.) 
How did it feel to touch the Soils of Creation? 
How did your grid change or upgrade when you began to feel the New? What did you feel, think, intuit, or sense? 
What is the medicine for you right now? How is Creation working *for you?
What happened when you brought love to the new grid? 
What are your additional notices, intuitions, and takeaways from this experience? 
What do you know about your new Prosperity Grid moving forward?
